An event lives for three days and its signage has to be right for all three. SP – Smart Powers designs, prints, fabricates and installs temporary signage for events and exhibitions across Saudi Arabia — and takes it down again when the doors close.
What temporary event signage covers
Entrance arches and welcome walls. Directional and wayfinding boards that move a crowd without a single member of staff pointing. Stage and backdrop graphics. Sponsor walls and photo walls. Hanging banners and truss-mounted signs. Table numbers, room names, floor graphics and every small piece that decides whether a visitor feels guided or lost.
Why an in-house print floor changes an event
Events change late. A sponsor is added on the second day, a room is renamed, a board is damaged in handling. All of our print work is produced in our own factories in Riyadh and Jeddah, so a reprint is a decision rather than a negotiation with a supplier who is closed on Friday. That is the difference between a correction and an embarrassment.
Installed on time, removed on time
Temporary signage is judged twice: at the opening, and at the handover of the venue. Our crews install to the schedule the venue gives us, work through the night when the run-up demands it, and dismantle cleanly so the space goes back the way it was found. Crowd management and event logistics are our own services too, so signage, flow and freight are planned by one team rather than three.

We have produced signage and branding for events and exhibitions across the Kingdom, including at LEAP, Big 5 Construct Saudi and Cityscape Global in Riyadh, and for brands and agencies including Unilever, adidas, Vogue, Marvel, Saudi Coffee Company and Balich Wonder Studio.
