Wood and metal are where a fit-out is judged. A joint that does not close, a veneer that lifts at the edge, a weld left proud on a visible corner — these are the details a client keeps noticing long after the opening. We produce both in our own factories, which is why we can stand behind the finish rather than explain it.

What We Produce in Wood

Reception desks and counters, display units and retail fixtures, wall panelling and feature walls, slatted and acoustic timber ceilings, doors and door frames, shelving and storage systems, bespoke furniture, and the full joinery package inside exhibition stands and brand environments. If it is drawn, we can build it in wood.

What We Produce in Metal

Structural steel frames for stands and stages, double-deck structures and their supporting members, stainless steel counters and cladding, powder-coated and painted steel fixtures, aluminium framing and profile systems, laser-cut screens and decorative panels, handrails and balustrades, metal letters and fabricated signage, and the hidden substructure that carries most of what a visitor actually sees.

Why In-House Fabrication Changes the Result

Joinery and metalwork are the highest-risk and most visible elements of any build, and they are the elements most often handed to third parties. Ours are produced in our own factories in Jeddah and Riyadh, on our own schedule and to our own standard. That means we approve a physical sample before production runs, we catch a problem at the machine rather than on site, and when a deadline compresses we reorder our own queue instead of negotiating for someone else’s.

Materials and Finishes

In timber: solid wood, MDF and blockboard cores, natural and reconstituted veneers, high-pressure laminates, and painted or lacquered surfaces in matt, satin and gloss. In metal: mild steel, stainless in brushed and mirror grades, aluminium profile and sheet, powder coating in any RAL reference, and specialist finishes such as brass and bronze effects. Edges and welds are where quality shows most clearly, so we detail them deliberately — shadow gaps, mitred returns, ground and polished seams — rather than defaulting to a standard treatment on everything.

Built for the Saudi Climate

Timber moves with heat and humidity, and steel corrodes faster in coastal air than most specifications allow for. A detail that performs in a European showroom can fail in a Riyadh mall atrium or a Jeddah interior a few kilometres from the sea. We select cores, adhesives, coatings and grades for the actual conditions the piece will live in, allow for movement in the detailing, and specify galvanising or stainless where a painted finish would not survive. These are invisible decisions that determine whether the work still looks right two summers later.

From Drawing to Installation

Site survey and measurement, shop drawings for approval, sample production, CNC machining, cutting and welding, assembly, finishing and quality check, protective packing, transport, and installation by our own fitters. Nothing is handed over between companies along that line, which is why the piece that leaves the factory is the piece that arrives.

Where Our Work Ends Up

Retail stores and flagship showrooms, corporate offices and executive floors, brand experience and visitor centres, hospitality and F&B interiors, mall kiosks and pop-up units, exhibition stands and event environments including two-storey pavilions, and permanent brand installations inside headquarters buildings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you manufacture the joinery and metalwork yourselves?

Yes. We own two factories — one in Jeddah and one in Riyadh — and joinery, furniture, wooden decor and metal fabrication are produced there by our own team. Nothing about the finish depends on a third party’s queue or standard.

Can you combine wood and metal in one piece?

That is most of what we build. A reception desk with a steel frame and a veneered body, or a display unit in powder-coated metal with timber shelves, is a single job in our factories rather than two suppliers arguing about tolerances. Combining the two under one roof is the reason the joins line up.

Can you build structural steel for stands and stages?

Yes, including double-deck exhibition structures, which we have delivered. Structural work is drawn and load-calculated before fabrication, and the drawings are prepared in the format the venue or authority requires for approval.

Can you match an existing veneer or finish?

Usually, yes. Send a physical sample or an off-cut rather than a photograph — screen colour is unreliable for matching timber, and powder coat references need a RAL number rather than a description. We produce a sample for your approval before any production run begins.

How long does custom joinery or metalwork take?

For a standard retail or office package, three to five weeks from approved shop drawings, depending on the finish. Lacquered and veneered work takes longer than laminate, and powder coating adds a stage to metal items. The variable is almost always material lead time, not machining.

Do you supply only, or install as well?

Both. Some clients take supply-only for their own contractor to install; most take supply and installation, since our fitters know how the piece was made and can resolve a site tolerance on the spot.
