What building at LEAP actually involves
LEAP is a technology show, which changes the build before it changes the design. Stands here carry more integrated hardware than at almost any other Saudi exhibition: LED walls, demo stations, interactive screens, live product environments. Every one of those is a structural and electrical decision first and a visual one second.
That means cable routes and access panels designed into the joinery rather than cut into it later, structure sized for the weight of a screen wall, ventilation for equipment that runs all day, and a power distribution plan the organiser has to approve in advance.
The Malham venue
RECC Malham is a large, modern hall on the northern edge of Riyadh. Its scale is the point exhibitors underestimate: in a hall that size, a stand is found by height and light long before it is found by a graphic. It also means real distances for load-in, and a delivery window that has to be planned rather than assumed — which is where sequencing decides whether install is calm or frantic.
Our Riyadh factory is inside the same city. A change three days before doors open is a production decision for us, not a freight problem.

Frequently asked questions
How early should we book a stand build for LEAP?
Six to eight weeks from approved concept is a realistic minimum for a custom build, and LEAP sits in a busy period for fabrication capacity across Riyadh. If your stand includes a second storey, add time for structural approval — see our guide to double-decker stands.
Can you handle the venue submission?

What does a stand at LEAP cost?

Can the stand be reused at the next edition?
Yes, if it is designed for reuse from concept stage — a modular core with refreshed graphics usually pays for itself by the third show. It cannot be retrofitted onto a one-off build.
