Every hall has its own rules. Height limits differ, load-in windows differ, and the technical manual an organiser issues for one show will not match the next. A stand contractor who has already built in a venue knows what its floor plan actually allows before a concept is drawn.

SP – Smart Powers builds across the Saudi exhibition calendar from our own factories in Riyadh and Jeddah — design, fabrication, transport, installation and dismantle under one contract. Below are the shows we work most often, with what building at each one involves.

We also build for food and hospitality shows, healthcare and pharmaceutical exhibitions, and the government and giga-project pavilions that increasingly anchor these venues. If your show is not listed, send us the hall and the dates — the process is the same.

What we do at every show

Concept and 3D visualisation, technical and structural drawings, the organiser submission package, fabrication in our own factories, transport to the hall, installation inside the load-in window, on-site supervision through the run, and dismantle with storage of reusable elements.
