A stand has one job: make people stop. SP – Smart Powers designs, fabricates and installs custom exhibition stands across Riyadh and the Kingdom — built in our own factories in Riyadh and Jeddah, so the finish on site matches the render you approved.
Custom Stands, Built In-House
We produce custom stands rather than dressing up rented shells. Structures, walls, joinery, counters, lighting integration and graphics are fabricated to your drawings, pre-assembled and quality-checked before they ever reach the venue. Pre-assembly is the step most contractors skip, and it is the reason stands arrive on site with panels that do not meet.
Stand Types We Deliver
Custom double-decker stands — which we have built and installed — plus island, peninsula and corner stands, modular and reusable systems for multi-show programmes, upgraded shell scheme for smaller footprints, country and sector pavilions, and permanent showroom or kiosk builds for malls and retail environments.
Exhibitions We Work Across
Saudi Arabia’s exhibition calendar is now one of the busiest in the region. We build for technology and innovation shows such as LEAP, construction and real estate events including Big 5 Saudi and Cityscape, food and hospitality exhibitions, healthcare and pharmaceutical shows, and the government and giga-project pavilions that increasingly anchor these venues.
What Drives the Cost of a Stand
Four factors move the number more than anything else: floor area and whether you are building a second storey, the level of custom joinery versus modular structure, the amount of integrated technology such as LED walls and interactive screens, and how much of the stand is designed to be reused at the next show. A reusable modular core with refreshed graphics is almost always cheaper across three exhibitions than three separate custom builds — worth modelling before you commit to a design.
Venue Approvals and Technical Compliance
Saudi venues require submitted drawings, structural approvals for raised or double-decker builds, and adherence to specific rigging, height and fire-safety rules that differ between halls. We prepare and submit the technical package as part of the scope, because a stand that cannot be approved is a stand that does not get built.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does an exhibition stand cost in Riyadh?
Cost is driven by area, structure and technology rather than a fixed rate per square metre. An upgraded shell scheme sits at the lowest end; a custom double-decker with integrated LED sits at the highest. The most useful thing you can send us for an accurate figure is the hall, the stand size, whether it is an island or a corner, and any tech you already know you want.
How long does it take to design and build a stand?
Design and approvals typically take two to three weeks, and fabrication three to five weeks depending on complexity. Working back from the show date, six to eight weeks total is a realistic minimum for a custom build.
Can the stand be reused at another exhibition?
Yes, if it is designed that way from the start. We can build a modular reusable core and refresh only the graphics and layout between shows, which usually pays for itself by the third exhibition. Reusable design has to be decided at concept stage, not retrofitted afterwards.
Do you handle venue approvals and drawings?
Yes. Technical drawings, structural documentation and venue submission are part of the scope. Requirements differ between halls, so we work to the specific organiser manual for your show.
Do you build for exhibitions outside Riyadh?
Yes — we build across Saudi Arabia including Jeddah, Dammam and the Eastern Province, producing from the nearest hub to reduce transport time and cost.
